Does your portal gurantee any minimum prospective leads?

No. We do not guarantee any minimum quantity of leads arising from your advertisements. We need to protect our clients’ confidentiality and will not divulge any information etc. We are here for repeat business and really would hope for the best results for your advertisement.

I’m a property agent dealing with new condo launches, is it a good marketing platform for me?

Do I need to provide any property and personal information when marketing?

Yes. Upon signing up with us, you agree to follow all the rules & regulations of property-related authorities. You are required to provide all the property related information, including but not limited to,: your Agency’s Name & License Number, your CEA registered Business Name, CEA Registration Number and your CEA Registered Mobile Number/Email address.

Your Agency or yourself must obtained permission/agreement from the Property Owner prior to advertising through us.

You are required to submit a marketing write up to us, in which NCL will not be responsible for any representations made by you on your article, including any transmission errors through our portal. You are required to proof-read your article and seek permissions from third-party’s article including any related media, images, photo or screen-shots.

You also agree to reimburse NCL on any costs related to any implicated lawsuits arising from your representations through your marketing article.

Is this platform Desk-top, Ipad & Smart-phone Friendly?

We have developed the interface to be as friendly as possible for all users.

Will there be any refund if I terminate during the advertisement period or did not advertise at all?

No, there will be no refund after payment has been transferred to us. We will only refund 50% of your payment to us if you fail to advertise within 1 month from the date of payment to us. The processing time for refund may take 2 weeks from the lapse period of non-advertisement. So please do you due-diligence such as obtaining permission/agreement from the Property Owner first.
